Abdominal exercises are probably my least favorite exercises to do, and honestly bore me most of the time, plus they hurt.
If I have to do them I want to do them quick and get it over with, so I started to look for some routines I could use at home.
I’m currently in the process of trying to eat better and work out ALOT more, but time always seems to be an issue as it is with many.
Whether I just am running around all day, or only get the time that the baby is taking a nap, I need a quick alternative workout sometimes.
Searching around for quick workouts I came across Mike Geary of “The Truth About Six Pack Abs“.
